Cons

Very unprofessional hiring process very poor. I went through two interview rounds and was informed that I had been selected. The company then collected my documents for background verification (BGV), but for nearly two weeks no verification process was initiated. During this period, I was asked to work on a contract basis until the BGV was completed. After I successfully delivered the assigned work and was paid for the hours worked, I was suddenly informed that my skill set did not match their expectations and that the position had been put on hold. No offer letter was issued, and the promised hiring process was never completed. What is most disappointing is that my expertise and 10+ years of experience were clearly discussed from day one. Despite this, work was assigned, completed, and only afterward was my suitability questioned. This raises serious concerns about the company's hiring practices, planning, and professionalism. Candidates should be cautious before investing their time in this process. Based on my experience, the communication, management, and overall recruitment approach were highly disappointing.

Not really a con, but the company maintains complete transparency regarding employee performance. If someone is unable to meet expectations despite the support provided, the organization handles the separation process professionally and respectfully. They ensure that the employee's future employment prospects are not adversely affected and support them in securing better opportunities elsewhere.
