Pros

Fun Friday event once a month.

Cons

It has been such a worse experience. They didn't pay the salary of their employees in the last few months and then laid them off. The work culture is so toxic that even when you are sick they forced you to work. Also, the work hours were too long and the tech lead was supportive. They had such miserable policies that we were not allowed more than two coffee cups a day. They also have a "Sandwich Policy" for leaves i.e. if one takes a day off on Friday and Monday, four days' salary was deducted.

Pros

CodeStore is passionate in promoting innovation and quality work. With high maturity in innovation culture, the company quickly adopts new ideas that make a difference in the market place. I am proud that I am part of new/growing business where I have huge opportunities for learning new technologies, products and the customer needs. CodeStore recognizes the personal life values. Though again it all varies from project to project but in all the projects, I worked and working my team leads are very supportive when I have to balance my personal life with my professional life. No spoon feeding, that's actually gives juniors/employees to explore more.

Cons

Its very difficult to dislike CodeStore. It only depends on if the people are at right place at right time.

Pros

A great place to work, grow, and continuously learn. If you are proactive, eager to take on challenges, and committed to delivering quality work, the company provides excellent opportunities, recognition, and benefits to help you succeed both professionally and personally.

Cons

Not really a con, but the company maintains complete transparency regarding employee performance. If someone is unable to meet expectations despite the support provided, the organization handles the separation process professionally and respectfully. They ensure that the employee's future employment prospects are not adversely affected and support them in securing better opportunities elsewhere.
