Question 1
The interviewer asked me a question that related to my account, What will be your response to a customer that want to buy a certain product and that product is currently unavailable.
The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal
