I worked for a telehealth platform that is in clear violation of FDA requirements for the prescribers and pharmacies they operate with. The individual named in various sites as the owner is not. He is listed as the owner on the LLC but he is not the company owner we were administered by. How can I find the proper owner. All I have is a screen name used in Meets and Google Drive. They are not the same person.

I would send an email to the FDA and all media outlets. This could be a watergate like scandal
Nah, don’t send to the media outlets because media and news is just as demonizing. Go to the Epoch Times, I think they are still truthful. There is always Trump social (I don’t think that will work). Also try your local senators office, mayor, Congressman. But I think Robert Kennedy may be your best answer. Maybe.
Lexis Nexis will help you. Or you can search for owners of suc and such company on the internet. Also, you can look up the owner with the tax court. Everyone has to pay some kind of taxes. Use the business name if that does work use the address and suite number. If the business isn’t being ran right believe me the owner knows. Report the company to Robert Kennedy.
I found him through an amended article of incorporation. He was convicted for SEC violations. I’m still trying to process it. The implications have changed. It is criminal but I have no protections from a lot of the laws. Whistleblower status does not apply, they are not public entity. I don’t know what to do now?
It's not your job to figure that out. If you think there's a violation, report it and then let the government investigate.
Can you please tell me where the best option to report this would be? It’s extremely complex. The data breach was reported through HHS and Office of the OIG. There are additional issues regarding unlicensed providers and unlicensed pharmacy issues in multiple states. I cannot manually search in each state to report this group. Is the Attorney General in the current state the best option to begin with? The IC3 complaint was filed but it is. It clear if there is truly any follow up with those reports. They seem to be more about data points than anything else. What do you suggest?
You may have worked for some sort of subcontractor
It wasn’t that it’s complicated but it was directly for the company. They are very careful to obscure their actual position’s and titles. accesswire.com reports the individual I reported to as the owner. The other individual cannot be identified on any paperwork only a Google account. There is absolutely no indication that there are any other individuals listed as partners or anything else with this company.
