Pros

All I can say is the Salary expectations were met.

Cons

I recently had an experience with the company that left me with mixed feelings. While I don't hold anything personally against them, there were significant issues that need to be addressed. The major problem I encountered was the subcontractor's choice (that they partnered with) of a project manager who seemed to have little regard for the well-being and value of the employees. It was evident that the head contracting company had underbid the contract by a substantial amount, approximately $20,000, which in turn led to a series of problems. Employees were underpaid, and this resulted in a revolving door of unqualified individuals coming in and out of the project. While I was fortunate enough to receive decent compensation for my work, I had to endure the constant turnover and instability within the team. The lack of job security and consistency made it challenging to perform efficiently. Additionally, it was disheartening to witness the subcontractor's management seemingly capitulating to the demands of the lead contracting company, compromising the well-being and stability of their employees. In conclusion, my experience with this subcontracting company was marred by the poor treatment of employees and the chaos caused by the underbidding of contracts. The lack of support from management further exacerbated the situation, leaving me with the impression that the subcontractor valued their contractual obligations over the welfare of their employees. I hope that these issues are addressed in the future, as they greatly affect the overall work environment and job satisfaction.
