Their behavior is not respectfulâborderline racist, no proper work ethics. HR team is very weak. They only say âyes sir, yes madam,â never stand up for employees. Looks like theyâre scared of global leadership. Work-life balance is tough. Too much pressure, always working like thereâs no tomorrow.Recent hires are shocking, babai. Many new people donât have proper experience or qualification, but still they got selectedâjust because they know someone from earlier companies. So many external consultants also got hired randomly. No proper interview, no checks. Itâs like anyone can come in if they know the right person
