I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with the interview process at this company.
The interview was rescheduled multiple times, often at the last minute. Even after confirming a scheduled slot, I received calls on the same day asking me to be available “at any time,” which felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
What made the situation worse was that on the day of the interview, after confirming my availability, the interview was rescheduled yet again. This happened repeatedly, creating confusion and unnecessary inconvenience.
Such lack of coordination and poor communication reflects badly on the organization’s hiring process. Candidates invest time and effort to prepare, and this kind of treatment shows a clear disregard for that commitment.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope the company improves its scheduling and communication practices in the future.
