First round - HR screening : went up to only 10minutes. Interviewer asked about previous experiences, explained about work timings and about the company.
Second round - Technical Interview(3 member panel): what kind of Linux and windows server troubleshooting have you done in the past? Was it application level or network level? Do you have experience working with networking software? A customer has been contacting the company for two weeks on a ticket which is still not resolved, what would you tell the customer, how would you assist them?

Interview
The interview was very friendly. They asked basic questions about the technology and how much I know. They try to make me feel like a conversation between friends. It goes on for 30 min. they ask very basic questions about TCP or UDP. How to check if network connection issue. Any application support and how to troubleshoot.
