My LWD in Infosys is approaching. I wanted to know how long will the exit formalities on the last day take? I'll have a flight to catch on the same day, & I can stay in office for 1.5 hours only (3PM-4.30PM). Will this much time be sufficient?

I joined infosys last year July, if i resign after 11 months , will i be able to Join again . I hear people saying that we need to at least compete a year in infosys to rejoin

Interview process was smooth for SAP MDG Senior Associate role at Infosys with 3.5 years of experience. First round was easy technical, followed by HR call confirming clearance. Second round was managerial and it was F2F however conducted online in meeting room instead of F2F, also easy. HR discussed salary with ~100% hike (including variable component). Offer letter is still pending but expected soon. Overall good experience, slightly slow process but worth it.took 40days.

Have given my technical round last week on 18th and still waiting for feedback or F2F invite. No updates from HR or Panel. Any luck? 🙇 Status changed to decision pending since today morning.

Policy says its only Rs 50K for Maternity coverage. According to today's situation, even normal delivery costs 1L+. With this being the situation, how come they are offering only 50K as the coverage? The remaining amount should be given from our pockets?
